Martha claimed that there were two answers to her puzzle, "Name a seven letter word from which you can remove two letters and have eight left", namely "freight" and "weights".
I'm sure many also thought of the obvious "weighty", but there's also "benight", "delight", "eighths", and "heights".

I don’t want to take the fun out of this, so SPOILER ALERT, but if you want to find many words that include eight inside themselves, you can do wildcard searches at OneLook: ??eight, ?eight?, and eight??. The question marks are wildcards representing any single letter.
