Regarding the listener question about the prefix “un-”
My favorite is unthaw. A missued, but defined word with the same meaning as thaw… to cause to move from a frozen to a soft or liquid state.

And one more thing…
Unthawed is Still frozen.
So the past tense of unthaw, making soft, which is unthawed, is to still be frozen, after it has been thawed? Isn’t the English language fun?

Hmmm, Gordon. Then I guess it’s true that it’s the thawed that counts.
