Hi Grant & all, I noticed too, that all cultures have some form of food wrapped in dough & cooked. I’ll add to your list:
blintzes
k’nishes
pyrogies
petehe (sp?)
won ton
chimichangas
Did you have all these already or are any of them new?
Please tell me what to click on to be emailed when there are responses to my message. It says subscribe but I can’t find a clickable (is that a word or should it become one? ) button thx

If you click the subscribe button, it should take you to a new screen to confirm that you do indeed want to receive notification of responses. It will automatically send them to the address you used when you became a member.

Don’t forget the Cornish pasty/oggy, and all the asian derivatives of Chinese wontons/potstickers/egg rolls/spring rolls like Japanese gyoza and Philippine lumpia.
