Here's an interesting (to me, anyway) list of unusual words that might be a challenge to work into daily conversation, e.g. "I suffer not from colposinquanonia; I have a profound appreciation for the callipygean quite as much as the bathykolpian form."

I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous.
