When I was in school, my first grade teacher did not place much emphasis on handwriting, although she taught it. (This was in the early "50"s, before computers were even thought of.) Consequently,, I was the only one in my class who didn"t receive a handwriting certificate from the 3rd grade on. My writing has progressively gotten worse, so that even I cannot read it. Consequently print everything I "write", so that it"s legible. I"d rather use the computer [except when I"m filling out a form, when I will resort to my typewriter (yes, I still have one of those)]. BTW, is that the wrong use or sequence to use brackets and parentheses, or have I got them backwards?
